Nedeni bilinmeyen ateşli iki olgu: Erişkin stili hastalığı (ESH)

Abstract

Bu makalede biri postmortem, diğeri ise geç dönemde tam olmuş iki ESH olgusu sunulmuştur. Hastalığın boğaz ağrısı, yüksek ateş, nötrofilik lökositoz ve serum ferritin değerlerinde ileri derecede yükseklik gibi ilginç klinik ve laboratuvar bulguları literatür bilgileri gözden geçirilerek tartışılmıştır ve nedeni bilinmeyen ateşli olguların ayırıcı tanısında ESH hastalığı da dikkate alınması gerektiği vurgulanmıştır.In this article, we present two causes with adult onset Still's disease, one of them was diagnosed after death, the other was diagnosed in the Iate course of disease interesting clinical and laboratory findings of the disease such as sore throat, high spiking fever, neutrophilic leukocytosis and high serum ferritin levels were discussed. Adult onset Still's disease should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients with fever of unknown origin.
