Venöz tromboz oluşturulan tavşanlarda defibrotide'in antitrombotik etkisinin araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada tavşanlarda trombojenik bir ajan olan tavşan beyin tromboplastini enjeksiyonu ve stazla birlikte vena jugularis extema'da venöz tromboz oluşturuldu. Profilaktik olarak hayvanlara intravenöz ve cilt altı farklı dozlarda defibrotide enjeksiyon ile yapıldı. Sonuçta Lv. 5 mg/kg tek dozun ve 5 mg/kg cilt altı üç gün tekrarlanan dozun tam olarak antitrombotik etki gösterdiği görüldü.

In this study a venous thrombosis was founded by injection of a thermogenic agent, thromboplastin of rabbit brain and together with stasis in rabbits. Defibrotide injections were implemented by way of intravenous and subcutane for prophylaxis. At result; complete antithrombotic effects were observed by way of intravenous single dose of 5 mg/kg and subcutane repeated doses of 5 mg/kg for three days.
