Abstract

This, very detailed subject, is considered by using the experiences in business and selecting the important and interesting problems of engineering. The problems are collected into two groups: the technological problems and the problems of technical management. The technological problems are taken into account in two sections as in the establishment and test period and the maintanence and repair period of the foundation. In the main seetion on technical management, howewer, is considered the production planning and the relations between employee and employer.Çok geniş kapsamlı olan bu konu, iş hayatındaki tecrübelerden yararlanılarak, mühendislikle ilgili önemli ve ilginç görülen problemlere değinilerek açıklanmıştır. Problemler teknolojik ve teknik yönetim diye iki ana bölüme ayrılmıştır . Teknolojik problemler tesisin kuruluş ve deneme çalışması dönemi ile ba­kım - onarım ile ilgili hususlar olarak iki bölümde incelenmiştir. Teknik yönetim ana bölümünde ise imalat planlaması ve işveren işçi ilişkilerinin etkilerine değinilmiştir.
