Ankilozan spondilit ve romatoid artritin birlikte bulunuşu

Abstract

Ankilozan Spondilit ve Romatoid Artrit belirti ve bulgular yönünden ayrı olmasına karşın, iki hastalığın aynı kişide bir arada bulunuşu tanı ve sağıtım yönünden bazı zorluklar çıkarabilmektedir. Bu nedenle aynı kişide bir arada bulunan bir Ankilozan Spondilit ve Romatoid Artrit olgusu sunulmuştur.Although Ankylosing Spondylitis and Rheumatoid Arthritis have different signs and symptoms if they coexist in a patient there can be problems about the diagnosis and the management of the disease. For this reason we report a case who established the coexisting diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
