Anterior üretra darlıklarında tam kalınlıkta deri grefti ile üretroplasti

Abstract

Anterior üretra darlığı bulunan iki olguda prepusial tam kalınlıkta deri grefti ile üretroplasti uygulanmıştır. Bu olgularda saptanan doyurucu sonuçlar ve kaynak verilerine dayanarak "tam kalınlıkta serbest deri grefti ile üretroplasti" yönteminin umut verici olduğu kanısına varılmıştır.The technique of free full-thickness skin graft urethroplasty, utilizing the preputial rest skin, have been employed in two cases of anterior urethral stenosis. The satisfactory results obtained in these cases, and the literature data made the authors have a promising impression about the technique.
