Kruris ön yüz defektinin kas flebi ile onarımı

Abstract

Pseudoartroz gelişen bir kruris kırığının plaklı osteosentez yöntemi ile onarımı yapılmış, ancak postoperatif erken dönemde ortaya çıkan detaşman nedeni ile gelişen deri defekti soleus ve gastroknemius kas flepleri ve serbest deri grefti ile kapatılmıştır. Olgu ve uygulanan yöntem sunulmuştur. Elde edilen sonuç ve literatür verilerinin ışığı altında yöntemin alışılmış yöntemlere üstünlüğü tartışılmıştır.

A pseudarthrosis fracture of cruris was repaired with plate fixation method but a kırge skin defect developed because of wound dehiscence. The cortex of tibia and the plate was uncovered following postoperative early wound dehiscence. The defect was reconstructed with locally prepared superior pedicled soleus and half gastrocnemius muscle flaps. A split-thickness skin graft was applied over the muscle flaps at the same stage. In this paper the case and the applied technique have been presented. The advantages of the technique to the conventional techniques have been discussed with the guidance of literature data and our result.
