Bursa ortak girişim tesislerinde (etba) kesilen koyunlarda distomatozis’in yayılışı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Bursa’da kesilen toplam 4786 koyun karaciğeri distomatozis yönünden incelenmiş, 1365 (% 28.5)’inin enfekte olduğu belirlenmiştir. Enfekte 1365 hayvandan 174 (% 3,6) tanesinin karaciğeri imha edilmiştir. Araştırmada bakısı yapılan 1 yaş altı 4163 koyunun 876 (% 21,0)’sının ve bir yaş üstü 623 koyunun 489 (% 78.5)’unun enfekte olduğu belirlenmiştir (P< 0.01). İmha edilen 174 karaciğerden 18 (% 10,3)’inde etken parazitlerin teşhis ve sayımları yapılmıştır. Bu sayımlarda D.dendriticum 11 karaciğerde, D.dendriticum + F.hepatica 3 karaciğerde ve D.dendriticum + F.hepatica + F.gigantica 4 karaciğerde tespit edilmiştir. Bir hayvandaki maksimum ve minimum parazit sayıları sırasıyla D.dendriticum için 350-14446, F.hepatica için 3-28, F.gigantica için 1-7 olarak tespit edilmiştir

In this research, held in Bursa the sum of 4786 sheep livers were examined for distomatosis .Totally 1365 (28.5 %) livers were found to be infected. Onehundred and seventyfour (3.6%) infected livers out of 1365 were restricted for human consumption. In the study, 876 (21.0 %) sheep out of 4163 under 1 year of age and 489 (78.5 %) out of 623 sheep over 1 year of age were found to be infected (P<0.01). Parasite species obtained from 18 (10,3 %) out of 174 livers restricted for human consumption were identified and counted. In these counts, D.dendriticum was detected in 11 livers, D.dendriticum+ F.hepatica in 3 livers and D.dendriticum + F.hepatica + F.gigantica in 4 livers. The maximal and minimal numbers of the D.dendriticum, F.hepatica and F.gigantica in an animal were 350-14446, 3-28 and 1- 7 respectively.
