Bursa ekolojik koşullarında yetiştirilen yaygın mürdümük (Lathyrus sativus L.) hatlarının verim ve adaptasyonu üzerinde bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu araştırma, Bursa ekolojik koşullarında bazı yaygın mürdümük (Lathynus stativus L.) hatlarının adaptasyon yetenekleri ile verim durumlarını saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma Uludağ Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi, Tarımsal Araştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi’nde 2001 ve 2002 yıllarında Tesadüf Blokları Deneme Desenine göre üç tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür.Araştırmada ICARDA (International Center of Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas-Suriye)’dan sağlanan 439, 481, 504, 508, 516, 519, 520, 522, 527, 528, 531, 553, 554, 563 ve 587 nolu 15 hat kullanılmıştır. İki yıl sürdürülen araştırma sonuçlarına göre; bitki boyu 66.30- 100.83 cm, m2 ’de bitki sayısı 27.56-50.62 adet, bitkide dal sayısı 10.10- 15.68 adet, bitkide bakla sayısı 36.18-78.37 adet, baklada tane sayısı 2.17- 3.61 adet, bitkide tane sayısı 100.17-202.73 adet, bitkide tane ağırlığı 10.16-26.31 g, 1000 tane ağırlığı 89.90-182.08 g, biyolojik verim 289.23- 689.37 kg/da ve tohum verimi 67.30-202.88 kg/da arasında değişmiştir. En yüksek tohum verimi 481 nolu hattan 202.88 kg/da ve en düşük tohum verimi ise 587 nolu hattan (67.3 kg/da) sağlanmıştır.

This research work was conducted to determine the adaptation capasities and yield of some common chickling (Lathyrus sativus L.) lines under ecological condictions of Bursa. Research was set up at the Research and Application Center, Agriculture Faculty, Uludağ University in 2001 and 2002 according “Randomized Block Design” with three replications. In this research were used 15 lines numbered as 439, 481, 504, 508, 516, 519, 520, 522, 527, 528, 531, 553, 554, 563 and 587. The lines were obtained from ICARDA (International Center of Agricultural Research In the Dry Areas-Suriye). According to the overal average of two year results, plant height, plant number/m2 , branch number, pod number/plant, seed number/pod, seed number/plant, seed weight/plant, 1000-seed weight, biological yield and seed yield of lines were changed between 66.30 and 100.83 cm, 27.56 and 50.62 number, 10.10 and 15.68 number, 36.18 and 78.37 number, 2.17 and 3.61 number, 100.17 and 202.73 number, 10.16 and 26.31 g; 89.90 and 182.08 g; 289.23 and 689.3 7 kg/da; 67.30 and 202.88 kg/da, respectively. The highest seed yield from the lines 481, the lowest seed yield from the line 587.
