Yağlama işleminin dikiş ipliklerinin performansına ve dikiş mukavemetine etkilerinin araştırılması

Abstract

Dikiş ipliklerinin kalitesi, dikim performansına ve dolayısıyla giysilerin üretilmesi ve performansına etki eden önemli faktörlerdendir. Dikiş kalitesi ve dikiş performansına etki eden dikiş ipliklerinin bazı fiziksel ve mekaniksel özellikleri; boyutsal stabilite, mukavemet, eğilme, sürtünme, büküm sayısı ve düzgünsüzlük özellikleridir. Bu çalışmada, farklı türdeki dikiş ipliklerine (merserize pamuk, spun poliester, hava tekstüre poliester, corespun (poly/poly), corespun (poly/pamuk) farklı oranda ve farklı tipte yağlayıcı madde uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, yağlama maddelerinin dikiş ipliklerin fiziksel ve mekaniksel özellikleri üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Yağ miktarının etkisini değerlendirmek için değişik dikiş ipliklerinin mukavemet ve uzama, sürtünme katsayısı ve dikiş kopma mukavemeti değerleri incelenmiştir. Sonuçlar değerlendirildiğinde yağlama miktarının ve tipinin dikiş ipliklerinin sürtünme özellikleri üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu görülmüştür. Yapılan yüksek lisans tez çalışması M(U)-2009/37 numaralı “ Dikiş İpliğine Uygulanan Yağlama İşleminin Dikim Performansı Ve Kalitesi Üzerine Etkilerinin Araştırılması “ konulu Araştırma Projesinden çıkarılmıştır.

The quality of sewing threads is important factor that affecting the seam performance and production and performance of garments. Some physical and mechanical properties of sewing threads which are related to seam quality and seam performance include dimensional stability, tensile, bending and frictional properties, number of twist and irrequality. In this study, different types and different lubricant amounts were applied to different types of sewing threads (mercerized cotton, spun polyester, air-jet polyester, corespun (poly/poly), corespun (poly/cotton)). The aim of this study is to see the effects of the lubricants on the mechanical and frictional properties of these sewing threads. An evaluation was made in order to determine the effects of the lubricant amount on yarn strength and elongation, frictional coefficient and seam breaking strength of different sewing thread types. The results of this study show that, lubricant feeding rates and lubrication types have an important effects on the frictional properties of the sewing threads.
