İnsülinoma

Abstract

Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Endokrinoloji kliniğince tanısı konan ve Cerrahi Kliniğinde ameliyat edilen, 9 yıldan beri hipoglisemik ataklarla seyreden bir insulinoma olgusu, nadir görülmesi ve tanı güçlükleri nedeniyle ilgili literatür gözden geçirilerek sunulmuştur.A 65 years old woman with insulinoma, that is diagnosed and operated at the department of Endocrinology and General Surgery of Medical Faculty of Uludağ University, who has had hypoglycemic attacks for 9 years is presented with review of the literature.
