Spontan safra fistülleri

Abstract

Akut kolesistitin seyri esnasında spontan kolesistenterik fistüllere sık rastlanılmaktadır. Bu fistüller gastroentestinal yolun çeşitli yerlerinde olduğu gibi, seyrekte olsa pelvis, renalise, vaginaya, perikardiuma, portal vena ve hepatik artere de açılabilirler. Biz bu yazımızda, external spontan bir fistul vak’asını, seyrek görülmesi ve atipik bir yerleşim göstermesi dolayısıyla sunuyoruz. Bu vesile ile spontal safra fistülleri de toplu olarak gözden geçirildi.

During acute cholecystitis, the development of spotaneous cholecystenteric fistula is relatively more frequent. As these fistulae develop at the various parts of the gastroentestinal tract, infrequently it may olsa perforate into the renal pelvis, vagina, pericardium, portal vein and hepatic artery. In this article we presented a spontaneous external biliary fistula, since it is a rare condition and was localized in an atypical site. The spotaneus biliary fistulae have been reviewed as a whole, on the basis of this present case.
