Diabetes insipidus tablosu ile birlikte seyreden bir akut miyeloblastik lösemi olgusu

Abstract

Ateş, halsizlik, burun kanaması, kilo kaybı, polidipsi, poliüri şikayetleri ile başvuran 17 yaşında bir erkek hastada akut miyeloblastik lösemi ve hipofizer tipte Diabetes Insipidus saptandı. Polidipsi, poliüri şikayetlerinin akut lösemiye bağlı belirtilerle aynı anda başlaması ve serebrospinal sıvıda bol miktarda blastik hücrelerin görülmesi Diabetes İnsipidus tablosunun lösemik infiltrasyona bağlı olduğunu düşündürdü. Akut lösemilerde hipofizin lösemik infiltrasyonuna bağlı olarak meydana gelen Diabetes insipidus tablosunun nadir görülen bir bulgu olması nedeniyle, bu olguyu takdim etmeyi uygun bulduk.An acute myeloblastic Leukemia with Diabetes Insipidus was observed in a 17-year-old male patient with feuer, fatigue, epistaxis, weight loss, polydipsia and polyuria. The fact that polydipsia and polyuria complaints began at the same time as the complaints due to acute leukemia, and that the presence of blastic cells in cerebrospinal fluid made us convince that Diabetes Insipidus condition was caused by leukemic infiltration. Since Diabetes Insipidus condition is a rare complication which occurs due to leukemic infiltration of neurohypophysis in acute leukemia, we agreed to present that case.
