İlköğretim müfettiş adaylarının iş doyumlarının bazı değişkenlere göre incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada ilköğretim müfettiş adaylarının iş doyumu davranışları. yaş, doğum sırası, yaşamının çoğunu geçirdiği yer ve meslekte çalışma yıllarına göre incelenmiştir. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen "Bilgi Toplama Formu" ve "İş Doyumu Ölçeği" ile toplanmıştır. İstatistiksel analizler STATVIEN II bilgisayar paket programı kullanılarak Tek Yönlü Variance Analizi (ANOVA) ile yapılmıştır. Yaşları farklı ilköğretim müfettiş adaylarının iş doyumları incelendiğinde, 31-35 yaş grubu ile 36-41 yaş grubu arasında anlamlı bir fark buluştur. Doğum sırası, yaşamın çoğunu geçirdiği yer ve meslekte çalışma yılları açısından ise anlamlı farklar bulunmamıştır.

In this research, elementary school inspector candidates' job satisfaction behavior have been examined according to the age, the birth order, the place where person spend most of his life and the work pears in the profession. The research data was collected by the "Job Satisfaction Scale'' and the "Information Inquiry from which is developed by the researcher. One way variance analysis (ANOVA) has been used from the computer packer program of STATVIEW II for the statistical analysis. Then job satisfaction was studied from the viewpoint of elementary school inspectors' age categories, a significant difference was found between 37-35 age group and the 36-4/ age group. On the other hand, in terms of birth order, the place where a person spends most of his life and the work years in the profession, there were no significant differences in the elementary school inspector candidates' job satisfaction.
