Anorektal malformasyonlarda radyodiagnostik yaklaşım

Abstract

Anorektal malformasyonlarda 1980'li yıllara gelinceye kadar konvansiyonel radyolojik yöntemler kullanılmıştır. 1980'li yıllarda yaygınlaşan US, BT ve MR görüntüleme yöntemleri ile anorektal yapılar ve eşlik eden oluşumlar direkt olarak görüntülenmekte, bu yöntemler postoperatif değerlendirmede de yararlı olmaktadır. Bu yazıda modern görüntüleme yöntemleri ile ilgili literatür özetlenmekte, US, BT ve MR görüntüleme yöntemlerinin konvansiyonel yöntemlere üstünlüğü vurgulanmaktadır.

Until eighties only conventional radiologic procedures was applied to anorectal malformations. Using US, CT and MR imaging techniques, which became widespread in eighties, not only anorectal anatomic structures and other companging anomalies can be directly seen, but also postoperative evaluation is possible. In this article modern imaging techniques is reviewed and superiority of US, CT and MR imaging modalities against conventional methods is stressed.
