Afazili hastalarda komputerize tomografi ile lezyon lokalizasyonu ve afazi tipi ilişkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Afazi, serebral hemisferlerdeki kortikal ve subkortikal yapılar ve bunlar arasındaki bağlantıların fonksiyonel ve anatomik olarak bozulması sonucu oluşan lisan bozukluğudur. Çalışmamız 60 afazik hastayı kapsar nokta olup bunların kranial CT ile saptanan lezyon lokalizasyonları ile Gülhane Afazi Testi (GAT) ile saptanan afazi tipi arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır.

Aphasia is the language disorder that comes out as a result of the functional and anatomical disorder between the cortical and subcortical structures of the hemispheres and their connections. Our study includes sixty aphasic patients and the correlation between the lesion localization of these patients which were shown by cranial computerized tomography and the type of aphasia according to the Gülhane Aphasia Test (GAT) is studied.
