Abstract
Conventional radiography, myelograplıy and CT seans of II patients with Pott's disease were evaluated retrospectively. As known in Pott's disease, vertebral body destruction and medullary compression, and in some instances soft tissue swelling can be demonstrated by conventional radiographs and myelographies. But in addition to all above, CT seans demonstrated posterior element involvement in four patients, soft tissue swelling and extension in all and calcifications in eight patients. The relationship between medullary canal and soft tissue components were seen conspicuously. In this study we haven't seen any superiority of conventional techniques on CT other than longitudinal orientation.
