Abstract

Fakültemiz et ünitesinde bir besi danasının işlenmesi sırasında scapual ya bağlı olarak sağlı sollu birer rudimenter clavicula ya rastlanmıştır. Söz konusu kemiklerden soldaki işleme sırasında tahrip olduğundan sağdakinin özellikleri tarif edildiği gibidir. 11,4 cm uzunluğunda, belirgin bir başçık, bundan devam eden bir gövde ve bir serbest uçtan oluşan kemiktir.

A couple of rudimenter clavicles attached to the scapula was observed a eighteen-month old male fattening calves which had been taken for slaughtering in meat units. The left clavicle broken during the processing, so another one described below. The right clavicle is 11.4 cm in length consists of the head, the body and free edges. The case of clavicle, is very se/dom, are interesting on the calves. For this reason this case have been reported.
