İneklerde prostaglandinlerle çalişmalar ll. çeşitli fertilite sorunlarında kullanımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada bir prostaglandin analogu olan Dinoprost tromethamine (LutalyseR) değişik fertilite sorunları bulunan 9 inekte luteolysis ve sağıtım amacı ile kullanıldı. Bu olgular 1 adet pyometra, 2 adet mumifiye fötüs, 1 adet ovaryum kisti, 3 adet suböstrüs olup, ayrıca 2 düvede abortus amacıyla uygulama yapıldı. Bulgulara dayanarak prostaglandinlerle, endike bulundukları olgularda uygun doz ve zamanlama ile, ovaryumları travmatize etmeden luteolysis sağlanarak başarı• lı bir sağıtım yapılabileceği kanısına vardık .In this study Dinoprost tromethamine (LutalyseR) were given to the 9 infertil cows and heifers asa purpose of luteolysis and treatment. These cases were, 1 pyometra, 2 mumified foetus, 1 cystic ovarium, 3 subestrous and it was also given to 2 heifers for the aim of abortion. We concluded that in case of luteolysis, without travmafizing the ovaries, prostaglandins were effective in the highest success.
