Komputerize tomografinin lumber disk hernilerinde tam değeri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada computerized tomografinin ( KT) disk hernilerindeki tanı değeri araştırıldı. 51 Olguluk seride her olguya rutin 3 mesafe olmak üzere KT alışması yapıldı. 51 Olgunun 17 'sinde KT ile beraber myelografi uygulandı. Disk kabarıklığı , protüzyon, fragmante disk başta olmak üzere KT bulguları operasyon bulguları ile tartışıldı. KT nin disk herniasyonunda % 98 oranında doğru sonuç verdiği gözlendi.In this study, the diagnostic value o f computerized tomography (CT) in lumbar disc herniation was investigated. In 51 cases a minimum of three disc spaces were routinely examined according to the clinical signs. In the first 17 of these cases, myelography as well as CT were performed together. The operative findings were compared with CT and it was found that CT was 98 % successful in diagnosing lumbar disc herniation.
