Mezenter damar tıkanıklıkları

Abstract

1.1.1984 - 3 1.6.1987 tarihleri arasında "Mezenter Damar Tıkanıklığı" tanısıyla ameliyat edilen 11 hasta retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Bunlara rezeksiyon ve anastomoz uygulandı. Hastaların 6 'sı erkek , 5 'i kadındı. Yaşları 35-82 olup, yaş ortalaması 52.8 idi. Hastaların ikisinde u. mezenterica süperior trombozu saptandı. Sekiz hastada mezenter arter embolisi, bir hastada ise non oklusiveiskemi mevcuttur. Hastaların 7'si operalif şifa ile taburcu oldu. 4'ü klinik exitus oldu. Mortalite oranı % 36, morbidite % olmuştur.

From 1.1.1 984 through 31 .6.1 987 eleven patients who were diagnosed as the occlusion of the mesenteric vessels and were operated (resection + anastomosis) are evaluated retrospectively. Six were female, five were male. Their ages ranged from 35 to 82 years. (Average 52.8 years). Two of the patients had thrombosis of WMS, eight of them had AMS emboli, one had non -occlusive ischemia. Seven of the patients were extended after being cured, four died in the clinic postoperatively. Mortality is 36 percent.
