Farklı histolojik boyama yöntemlerinin kıkırdak dokusunda karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Günümüzde kıkırdak doku bileşenlerini göstermek için kullanılan bazı temel boyama yöntemleri vardır ve istenilen amaç doğrultusunda iyi sonuç vermektedirler. Ancak, bu yöntemlerin her biri kullanışlılık açısından bir takım dezavantajlara da sahiptir. Bu nedenle %10’luk formalinde fikse edilen dokulardan alınan kesitler, rutin sitolojik vaginal smear boyamasında kullanılan Shorr boyası ve bununla birlikte on farklı teknikle boyandı. Böylece gerek bu yöntemlerin ve gerekse Shorr boyama yönteminin avantaj ve dezavantajları kıyaslanabildi. Sonuç olarak, dezavantajları en aza indirecek ve araştırmacıların istediği boyama süresi, girilen farklı solüsyon sayısı ve maliyet açısından daha ekonomik olan Shorr boyasının kıkırdak doku bileşenlerini ışık mikroskobik düzeyde oldukça iyi gösteren bir boyama yöntemi olacağı kanısındayız.

At the present time there are some basic staining techniques that used to detect the cartilage tissue components and these techniques show sufficient results for the aimed purpose. However, each of these methods also has some disadvantages in terms of feasibility. Therefore we stained the sections collected from the tissues that were 10% formalin fixed with Shorr, routinely used in cytological vaginal smear staining, and with other nine different techniques. Thus we had the opportunity to compare the advantages and disadvantages of Shorr and other staining techniques. As a result, we are of the opinion that Shorr staining which is more affordable in terms of staining duration, the number of solutions and cost, will minimize the disadvantages therefore Shorr is a better staining technique for cartilage tissue in presentation of lighting microscope.
