dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Hypothenar Hammer Syndrome is trauma related vascular disease of the hand.Case: A 42-year-old man, manual worker, came to our department with a painful mass in his dominant hand. Physical examination showed pulsatile mass at hypothenar region. Angiography demonstrated ulnar artery pseudoaneurysm.Results: Surgical resection of affected ulnar artery part and reconstruction was performed with vein graft.
