Özet
Çalışmamızda 30 gün süre ile günde 5 saat ve 16 saat immobilizasyon stresi uygulanan sıçanların hematolojik parametreleri incelendi. Bu amaçla eritrosit sayısı, Hgb, Hct, MCV, MCH, lökosit sayısı ve trombosit sayısı ile lökosit formülü tayinleri yapıldı. Ayrıca sıçanların kortikosteron seviyeleri de tayin edildi. Hem 5 saat hem de 16 saat immobilizasyon stresi uygulanan grupların kortikosteron düzeylerinde kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı seviyede artışlar görüldü. 5 saat immobilizasyon stresi uygulanan grupta kontrol grubuna göre eritrosit sayısı, Hgb, Hct, lökosit sayısı, monosit, lenfasit ve eozinofil sayısında anlamlı değişmeler görüldü. Bu gruptaki sıçanların MCV, MCH, trombosit sayısı, nötrofil ve bazofil sayısındaki değişimler anlamlı bulunmadı. 16 saat immobilizasyon stresi uygulanan grupta kontrol grubuna göre eritrosit, nötrofil, monosit, bazofil ve lenfasit sayıları anlamlı bir şekilde değişirken, Hgb, Hct, MCV, MCH, trombosit, lökosit ve eozinofil sayısında anlamlı değişimler görülmedi.
In this study the hematological parameters of the rats have been investigated, after chronic immobilization stress which have been lasted for 5 hours for the first group and 16 hours for the second one per day along 30 days. RBC, Hgb, Hct, MCV, MCH, WBC, platelet and percentage of leukocytes subtypes were determined. The corticosterone levels of rats have been also measured. The corticosterone levels of rats indicated significant increases in both of 5 and 16 hours immobilization stressed groups. RBC, Hgb, Hct, WBC, monocyte, lymphocyte, eosinophyl numbers indicated significant increases at the 5 hours immobilization stressed group as comparing to control group. MCV, MCH, platelet, neutrophyl, basophyl changes of this group weren't significant. While RBC, neutrophyl, monocyte, basophyl, lymphocyte numbers indicating significant changes after 16 hours immobilization stress, Hgb, Hcl, MCV, MCH, platelet, leukocyte and eosinophyl numbers didn’t change significantly.
