Abstract
İki deneme döneminden oluşan bu çalışmada domates posasmın süt sığırlannın beslemnesinde kullanılma olanaklan aratınldı. biri deneme döneminin başlangıcında olan altışar ineğe sahip iki grup üzerinde yürütüldü. Gruplardan birine yaşama payı + 10 kg süt verimi ihtiçlarını karlayacak miktarda domates posası silajı ve nıkelas yedirildi. Diğerine ise aym miktarda fiğ kunt otu verildi. Geriye kalan süt verimi ihtiyaçları ise ineklerin günlük süt verimlerine göre ticari süt yemi verilerek karşılandı. İlk denemede bir haftalık adaptasyon ve üç haftalık deneme döne mi uygulandı. Bu ilk denemeden sonra gnlplann kaba yenileri değiştirilerek aynı adaptasyon ve deneme dönemleri gerçekle tirildi. Denemenin ba langıcmdan sonuna kadarlı raflafta süt ömekleri almdı ve günlük süt verimleri saptandı. Ortalama günlük süt verimleri, süt kuru madde ve süt yagı miktarlan sırasıyla domates posası grubunda 25.24 kg. % 12.20 ve % 3.6 ve diğeri de ise 24.07 kg. % 12.47 ve % 3.63 olarak bulundu. Her kilogram sütün yem maliyeti domates posası grubunda 311.2 TL'sı diğerinde ise 351.6 TL. 'sı oldu. Sonuç olarak domates posasının süt sıgırlan nın beslenmesinde ekonomik ve iyi bir kaba yem olabileceği kanısına varıldı.
This investigation which consisted of two experimental periods was made to find out the using possibilities of tomato pomace in dairy cattle feeding. The study was carried out on two groups each one had 6 cows which were at the begining of lactation. One of the groups was fed on tomato pomace silage + nıolasses at a given amount that suır plied maintenance and 10 kg mi/k production. The other group was fed on at the same amount vetch hay. Milk production requirements of cows, over the above production level were met with commercial milk concentrate. In the jirst experiment, week of preliminary + 3 week of experimental periods were applied. After the first period, by changing the experimental feeds which groups fed, the same preliminary and experimental periods were perfonned. Daily milk productions of all the cows were recorded and milk sanıples were taken to detennine milk fat and dıy matter levels every week, from the begining to the end of research. The average daily . milk production, milk dıy matter and milk fat levels were 25.24 kg. 12.20 % and 3.16 % in the tomato pomace group and 24.07 kg, 12.47 % and 3.63 % in tlıe vetclı hay group respectively. The feed cost per kilogramme milk produced was 311.2 TL. for tomato pomace group and 351.6 TL. for the other. It was concluded that tomato pomace would be used as aneconomical and good uglı age in dairy cattle feeding.
