İlköğretim II. kademesindeki branş öğretmenlerinin empatik eğilim düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada öğretmenlerin Empatik Eğilim Düzeylerini etkilediği düşünülen bazı bağımsız değişkenler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.Bağımsız değişken olarak, cinsiyet, medeni durum, çocuk sayısı, hizmet yılları, branş, yaş, mesleğini isteyerek seçip seçmeme, öğretmen yetiştiren bir okuldan mezun olup olmama, psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetleri ile ilgili hizmet içi eğitim görüp görmeme, aylık gelirini yeterli bulup bulmama alınmıştır. Bağımlı değişkenler olarak öğretmenlerin Empatik Eğilim Ölçeğinden elde ettikleri puanlar alınmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Bursa'nın İnegöl ilçesindeki İlköğretim Okullarının II. Kademesinde 200 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada ; öğretmenlerin Empatik Eğilim Düzeylerinin cinsiyet.mesleğini isteyerek seçip seçmeme.aylık gelirini yeterli bulup bulmamaya göre anlamlı bir değişme gösterdiği, medeni durum, çocuk sayısı, hizmet yılları, branş, yaş, öğretmen yetiştiren bir okuldan mezun olup olmama, psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetleri ile ilgili hizmet içi eğitim görüp görmemeye göre anlamlı bir değişme göstermediği bulunmuştur.

In this research some free variables which is tought influencing the levels of empathy of teacher's have been traid to define. As pouns variations; "sex, age, profession date of serve and schools which they were graduated, materal status, the number of children, the branch, choosing their occupation willingly or not, training graduated, from a teachers training school or not, training for psychological guidance, being statisfied about the salar yare accepted. Also as dependent variatiyons rates of teachers which are measured by emphatic indination scale are accepted. Sample research are existed by 200 teachers working in secondary schools of İnegöl that is county of Bursa. In the work, personal knowlage form and emphatic in the nation scale which are developed by Üstün Dökmen are used. In the research altought level of the teachers empathic inclinations acording to their sex, choosing their occupation willingly or not, being statisfied about their solary were significantly influenced, according to morital status, the number of the children, profession date of serve, branch, age, being graduated from a teachers training school or not, training about psychological guidance were not.
