Bilateral üreterovezikal darlık saptanan bir yenidoğan olgusu

Abstract

Genellikle konjenital nedenlere bağlı olarak gelişen obstrüktif üropatiler, çocuklarda erken dönemde hidronefroz gelişmesine yol açmaktadır. Hidronefroz sıklıkla yaşamın ilk 6 ayında görülmekte ve karında kitle şeklinde bulgu vermektedir. Hidronefroz nedenleri arasında yer alan üreter darlıklarında üreteropelvik darlıklar, üreterovezikal darlıklara göre daha sık görülmektedir. Bu olgu bildiriminde, rutin muayene sırasında bilateral böbrek lojunda kitle palpe edilen ve izleminde ayrıntılı laboratuvar tetkikleriyle bilateral üreterovezikal darlık saptanarak opere edilen 3 günlük bir yenidoğan sunulmuştur.

Obstructive uropathies are usually congenital and they are the cause of hydronephrosis in early childhood. Hydronephrosis is often seen in the first 6 months of life and recognized by the presence of abdominal masses. Between the causes of hydronephrosis, ureteropelvic junction obstruction is more common than ureterovesical junction obstruction. In this case report we present a 3 days old newborn, whose physical examination revealed the presence of abdominal masses and with furtlıer laboratory investigation bilateral üreterovesical junction obstruction is determined.
