Özet
Bu çalışmada erişkin sıçan spinal korduna fötal spinal ve serebellar grefter implante edilerek, greftlerin rejenerasyon a etkileri araştırıldı . Bu amaçla 5 gruba ayrılan sıçanların (n: 26) torakal 9-12 arasına laminektomi yapıldıktan sonra, kord lezyonu yapmak amacıyla dorsal kolumna 2-3 mm 3 lük kavite açılarak 17-18 günlük gebe sıçan embriyodan alınan serebellar ve spinal dokular implante edildi. İki aylık bekleme süresinden sonra sıçanların greftli bölgeleri ışıklı mikroskobu ve ultrastnükürel olarak incelendi. Her iki neural dokunun rejenerasyon kapasitesi yönünden farkı gömülmedi.
In this study the effect of fetal spinal and cerebellar grafts on regeneration of the transected spinal cord were investigated for this purpose total 26 animals were divided into 5 groups. After thoracol 9-12 laminectomy in the dorsal column. 2-3 mm3 caviry was prepared in the dorsal column. The neural tissues obtained from the 17-18 days old embryos were directly injected into the cavity. Two months later spinal cords were removed and histological and ultrastructurall studies were performed. It was found that there were no differences in regenerating capacity between two neural tissues.
