Abstract
Delâlet kavramı, fıkıh usulünde olduğu gibi diğer usül ilimlerinde de en önemli kavramlar arasında yer alır. Dolayısıyla delâlet, başta mantık, vaz', sarf, nahiv, belâgat, fıkıh usulü olmak üzere İslâm kültüründeki aklî ve naklî ilimlerin müştereken kullandıkları kavramlardan bir tanesidir. Genel bir bakışla usul-i fıkıhtaki delâlet bahisleri metni anlamaya ve anlam güvenliğini sağlamaya yönelik anlam bilim çalışmalarıdır. Bu sebepledir ki usul-i fıkıh çalışmalarında, metin mana ilişkisi çok büyük bir yekün tutar ve meseleler delâlet sonucu ortaya çıkacak sahih manayı elde edebilmek için hassasiyetle tahlil edilir. Giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşan bu çalışmanın giriş kısmında konunun önemi, amacı, kapsamı, yöntemi ve kaynaklarına ilişkin açıklamalar yer almaktadır. "Anlambilim ve delâletin anlambilim içindeki yeri" başlığını taşıyan birinci bölümde, anlambilimin mahiyeti, kuruluşu ile Doğu ve Batı'da yapılan anlambilim çalışmalarına değinilmiş, ardından İslâmî ilimlerde delâlet ile Batı'nın henüz yeni tanıştığı anlambilim arasında mukayese yapılmış ve değerlendirmede bulunulmuştur. Daha sonra İslâmî ilimlerdeki "Delâletin" temel öğeleri tanıtılarak ikinci bölüme geçilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise anlambilime dair materyallerin en fazla kullanıldığı ve usul-i fıkhın mevzu bahis meselede daha ziyade veri alışverişinde bulunduğu mantık, dil ve belağat gibi ilimlerde delâlet kavramı incelenmiştir. Son bölümde ise tezimizin ana gövdesini oluşturan ve Hanefîlerce taksim edilen, hükme varmada delâlet yolları ayrıntılarıyla incelenip her biri hakkında değerlendirmede bulunulmuştur.
The concept of dalalat as well as other procedures in the method of jurisprudence also among the most important concepts. Therefore, dalalat is one of the concepts commonly utilized by intellectual and classical sciences (ulum al aqliyyah and ulum al naqliyyah) in the Islamic culture and one that is predominantly used by mantiq (logic), ilm ul wadaa (science of positing), sarf, nahw, balaghat (eloquence), usul al fiqh (fiqh methodology). From a general point of view, mentions of dalalat in usul al fiqh are semantic endeavors towards understanding texts and securing the accuracy of meaning. For this reason, in usul al fiqh studies, the relation between text and meaning takes a prominent place and this relation attempts to observe the matter from different angles. This work consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The introduction section of the work contains explanations regarding the importance, purpose, procedure and sources of the subject. In the first chapter titled "Semantics and the position of dalalat in semantics", the nature of semantics, its establishment and the studies of semantics made in the West and the East are mentioned. Afterwards, evaluations and comparisons were made between dalalat in Islamic sciences and semantics the West has only begun to be acquainted with. Later, the fundamental elements of "Dalalat" in Islamic sciences are introduced and the first chapter is concluded. In the second chapter, the place of dalalat in sciences such as mantiq, language and balaghat, the sciences in which materials related to semantics are used most frequently, and which usul al fiqh exchanges more data with, are studied. In the last chapter, the methods of dalalat in reaching a hukm (verdict), which are divided into categories by the Hanafi scholars, will be examined in detail and each method will be subjected to evaluation.
